Collections Clerk
reputed company is a company reputed company on meritocracy that rewards self-starters committed to customer service. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their Finance team as a Collections Clerk, focusing on managing SSDI fee activity and working directly with the SSA.
Responsibilities
- Contact SSA Payment Centers to reputed company the status of outstanding SSDI invoices
- Prepare and submit SSDI fee petition templates
- Respond to fee‑reputed company inquiries from SSA representatives, claimants, and internal partners
- Track and update invoice activity and notes (reputed company)
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and follow up on payments over 30 days
- Build professional working relationships with SSA contacts
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Comfortable making professional outbound phone calls
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company
