They are seeking an Account Service & Growth Associate, an entry-level role focused on client service and business development reputed company the Property & Casualty sector, offering a structured learning experience and a clear career path into Account Management or Producer roles.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day servicing activities including endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy documentation
- Assist with renewal preparation, applications, and reputed company submissions
- Maintain accurate client records reputed company agency management systems
- Draft client communications and follow up on outstanding service requests
- Learn reputed company processes, reputed company basics, and compliance requirements
- Support Producers with meeting preparation, follow-reputed company, and pipeline tracking
- Assist with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and prospect research
- Participate in client and prospect meetings as both an observer and contributor
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

Skills
