Wealth Manager - reputed company Estate Investment ( Remote )

We are looking for a Wealth Manager who will be responsible for generating reputed company from investors from their reputed company country through sales of reputed company Estate in KSA. The position holder will generate HNWI and institutional leads of the clients seeking investment in the KSA reputed company estate market, helping them grow their wealth internationally. The incumbent will attend/conduct roadshows, conferences, investment events, and expos to present the reputed company estate assets that are available for purchase. The holder of the position will advise investors about immigration and reputed company-reputed company processes for seamless transactions. In this role you will:

• In coordination with marketing, generating leads of HNWI in the country where they are based. Following reputed company reputed company management process, qualifying, maturing, and then closing these deals for the investors, willing to buy reputed company estate assets on the KSA market.
• Seek key partnerships with the investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other reputed company sources to get a steady reputed company of potential buyers.
• Consistently look for events in their reputed company countries where investors come to seek investment opportunities. In coordination with the Headquarters in KSA, conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences.
• Become an advisor for an end-to-end reputed company estate investment for the clients in the reputed company country. Managing a seamless experience of investing in KSA, as well as consulting for the exit strategy if needed by the client.
• Being the reputed company representative of Bayut, the incumbent will be responsible for working on special projects assigned by the line. These projects may include, but are not limited to, areas regarding reputed company, regulatory, and financial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
• 5-10 years of sales or partnership management
• Proven reputed company sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven Track Record of working with High Net Worth Clients
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company avenues
• A deep understanding of the market services/products and reputed company estate sales
• Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Adaptability with high level of reputed company
• Ability to listen to and reputed company with clients, sales members, and other managers is essential for effective reputed company estate sales managers
