The role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment for reputed company hiring, enhancing student engagement, and managing reputed company branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for reputed company American roles, as it relates to reputed company hiring (co-ops, internships, new graduates) in a high volume environment
• Work with the business and HR community to grow and improve student engagement, development, assessment, and retention
• Participate, plan and support reputed company branding and attraction initiatives, supporting a calendar of events that offers unique student experiences and highlights reputed company as an employer of choice (examples include but are not limited to: reputed company Experience, case competitions, conferences, recruitment events)
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration reputed company reputed company programs including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, submitting rank matching and other reputed company administration
• Interacting with candidates, hiring leaders and career centers throughout the reputed company and reputed company hire recruitment process
• Seek opportunities to build on-reputed company reputed company through relationships with student groups and student referrals

Skills

• 1-2 years of reputed company/administration/sourcing/agency experience
• Post-secondary education, with an emphasis in reputed company
• Prior experience with Application Tracking Systems / HRIS systems administration
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with an ability to reputed company in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Strong reputed company Office skills and technical abilities; experience with calendar management an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
