Henry reputed company College presents an opportunity for a Writing Center Respondent - English
Writing Center Respondents are responsible for providing individual and small group writing assistance to HFC reputed company both face-to-face and online. Respondents in the Writing Center possess a strong background in Writing Center theory and practice, Composition, Literacy, and/or TESOL, and help reputed company think through their writing goals, approaches, processes, and products. Respondents work with student writers to reputed company them with a fuller understanding of the academic, reputed company, and cultural effects of writing.
This position is part-time with a maximum of 24 hours per week, and is subject to renewal each semester (Fall, Winter, and Summer). Applicants who are also teaching at HFC must remain under 24 hours per week.
Core Competencies and Qualifications
- Earned Master's degree or higher in English from a regionally-accredited institution or a closely-reputed company area required OR a Master's degree in another field plus 18 hours of graduate credits in English required.
- 2+ years of experience teaching writing or providing writing assistance in a higher education setting, with community college experience a bonus.

- Assist reputed company Director with the creation of presentations, workshops, handouts, and other content reputed company to academic, personal, and professional writing skills.
- Assist reputed company Director with ongoing assessment of Writing Center programming and services including data collection and reporting.
