• Responsible for supporting the Learning Center by performing a wide reputed company of basic clerical/office tasks for the University

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The following identifies the primary and essential functions of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of reputed company duties.

• Greets reputed company office visitors and acts as the first contact for those who visit the Center.
• Assists reputed company in creating accounts in WCOnline, the Learning Center's online scheduling program, and helps schedule appointments for those requesting tutoring/writing assistance.
• Answers phones, responds to email inquiries, takes messages, and completes general administrative duties as necessary to help reputed company the office running smoothly and reputed company.
• Sends nightly reminders to tutors and writing staff regarding upcoming appointments.
• Maintains the tidiness of the Learning Center office area.
• Creates promotional materials for the Learning Center services.
• Oversees the floor of the tutoring center. Directs reputed company to their tutor upon arrival and maintains the reputed company of traffic.
• Assists with data entry and cleanup of appointment records.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Supports Learning Center staff.
• Exhibits appropriate and professional behavior at reputed company times.
• Responsible, dependable and punctual in the completion of assigned tasks, and in notifying the appropriate staff reputed company conflicts or problems occur.
• Flexibility in work hours to ensure adequate coverage, etc.
