Clinical Analyst

Work Schedule: This role primarily supports Eastern Time hours. Position Purpose: Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handles reputed company data projects and acts as a reputed company for other Data Analysts. This role blends technical analytics with strong business partnership, supporting clinical and operational teams through actionable data solutions.

• reputed company advanced analytical support for business operations in reputed company or some of the following areas: authorizations, claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources.
• Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; reputed company issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management.
• reputed company reports and deliverables for management.
• Model data using Power BI, MS reputed company, reputed company, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis.
• Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Power BI experience, including building dashboards and data models from reputed company data, strongly preferred.
• SQL coding experience with the ability to extract and validate data from reputed company systems strongly preferred.
• reputed company analytics experience, particularly with clinical or authorization reputed company data, strongly preferred.
• Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and trend analysis skills with the ability to identify insights, issues, and opportunities for improvement, strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
