Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist to assist with a variety of ongoing clinical trials. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for transcribing reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems, verifying data reputed company, and following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines. Key Responsibilities

* Transcribes reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards

• Verifies reputed company of data by comparing it to reputed company documents
• Follows established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of reputed company reputed company activities
• Answers queries reputed company reputed company system in a timely manner
• Assists the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards
• Prepares and scans documents into reputed company systems and ERAs database
• Assists the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol

Requirements

* High School Diploma

• High attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible during the company's growth stage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Experience with reputed company Office
• Knowledge of research reputed company systems preferred (reputed company Vault, Medrio, reputed company, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)

* Competitive hourly reputed company: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Part-time schedule: 4 hour shift, Monday to Friday
