Job Summary

As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. Key Responsibilities

* Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels

• Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
• Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
• Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a timely and accurate fashion
• Assists with special projects as assigned
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Moderate knowledge of reputed company, internet research, and email correspondence

• Acute attention to detail
