Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, MSO, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensuring data entry is accurate and up-to-date
- Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls during periods of high call volume
- Working with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and other software programs
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required
Work Experience
We're looking for candidates with previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in a data entry or administrative role. Experience using reputed company Office, particularly Word and reputed company, is highly desirable.
Preferred Education
A High School degree or equivalent is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education or relevant certifications to apply.
