About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry, Customer Service Specialist with Omnicare, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process. You'll work alongside our pharmacist to ensure accuracy and reputed company exceptional customer service to our patients and reputed company providers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly desirable.

Education

You'll need a reputed company High School Diploma or GED.

The typical pay reputed company for this role is $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
