Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time contractor reputed company (30-40 hours a week) for a 4-month contract with the opportunity to renew based on performance. As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collect and reputed company customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
- Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Service is required
- Strong reputed company in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required
- Familiarity with the following software is a strong plus: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Braintree, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus. Candidates should be technically savvy to support our users
