The Role:

As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, guiding customers through our rollover experience, answering their questions, and providing exceptional support reputed company chat, email, and phone calls. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, helping customers navigate the complexities of retirement account transfers. Your expertise will also inform our product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, addressing their questions and concerns through various communication channels

• reputed company in-depth knowledge of 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, providing expert advice to customers
• Collaborate with financial institutions and reputed company to facilitate transactions on behalf of customers

What You'll Bring:

• FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a strong interest in obtaining them
