Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Practice Manager to join reputed company in the reputed company-US-CST region. As a key member of our reputed company ECRT and Energy team, you will be responsible for leading customer programs that accelerate business reputed company through the promotion and sale of transformational professional services programs. Your expertise will drive strategic and financial value for customers, ensuring delivery reputed company and project closure in your assigned accounts or territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: reputed company and execute comprehensive customer transformation roadmaps that drive near-term results in ProServe and Platform bookings and reputed company. - reputed company Business reputed company: reputed company accelerated customer reputed company through reputed company technologies, driving business growth and reputed company expansion. - reputed company Account Plan and Pursuit Plan: Collaborate with the AWS account team (platform sales) to reputed company a reputed company account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with customer goals and AWS Professional Services business objectives. - Establish Executive Relationships: Build and maintain executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs and driving business reputed company. - Internal Network Development: Establish a strong internal network at arenaflex, particularly with internal organizations critical to reputed company, including the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. - Strategic Advisor and Expert: Assume the role of a strategic advisor and expert, providing deep knowledge of the cross-reputed company of customers' businesses and available reputed company services. - Annual Bookings and reputed company Targets: Deliver on annual bookings and reputed company targets, aligning deal structure with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives. - Shared Learnings and Mechanisms: Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.
