Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You'll work closely with reputed company to process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in reviewing fairness transaction activity, researching, tracking, and responding to questions from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans

• Process the release of PSU, RSU, and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards
• Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders
• Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance reputed company Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
