As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly reputed company starting at $25.13/hour, plus a shift premium (where applicable). You will also receive an annual performance-reputed company bonus, 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year, and reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment. What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma of college studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- For certain positions, advanced level proficiency in English may be required due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking members and clients
- Work arrangements vary depending on the position and involve either hybrid work or telework
