Job Summary
As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist, Mid Shift, you will be responsible for providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals experiencing emotional distress. You will also answer crisis contacts reputed company our chat/text platform, assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs. This role requires a strong understanding of crisis reputed company, service linkage, and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals experiencing emotional distress
- Answers crisis contacts reputed company our chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources
- Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation
- Actively participates in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- Assists in administrative tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, psychology, reputed company work, or a reputed company field
- Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience
- Strong understanding of crisis reputed company, service linkage, and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources
- Ability to effectively communicate reputed company written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
