Tier III VTC Engineer - Senior (Government)

AT&T has an opening for a Tier 3 VTC Engineer to reputed company technical expertise to a team conducting 24x7 video operations center support. Job Duties/Responsibilities: reputed company remote and on-site troubleshooting of video teleconferencing and reputed company video systems. Install, reputed company and repair video systems at various customer locations. Operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems such as Polycomm and reputed company. Design and implement VTC systems at customer locations. Required Clearance: TSSCI with poly (#topsecret) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 8 years, a Bachelors’ and 6 years, a Masters and 4 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history. Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics reputed company to manage time and priorities effectively reputed company to work reputed company with minimal supervision Proficient in working with end-users remotely Familiar with Active Directory reputed company and policies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills to relate with team members and support workers Must be reputed company to lift 40 lbs.
