Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned manager with significant experience on ERP implementation programs, preferably implementation of Financials, to join reputed company to reputed company top level business services for our Higher Education clients. You will be a key player in providing management, advisory, and subject matter expertise for universities replacing their legacy Finance systems. Job Responsibilities

• Operate as the client Finance Manager for a reputed company implementation program.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients Finance Workstream reputed company, and work collaboratively with the system implementor Finance Workstream reputed company to maintain one cohesive Finance Leadership team.
• Manage project work plan, risks, actions, and reputed company for the Finance workstream
• Ensure that the project RAPID Decision process is executed in a thorough and timely manner by Finance workstream members
• Support administrative needs such as status report creation, scheduling, and notetaking as needed.
• reputed company guidance to the client to assist in their decision making, risk management, team management and stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
• Serve as a liaison to the program management office (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and reputed company client relationships with minimal reputed company.
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
• Engage with reputed company project stakeholders to build teamwork and reputed company trust and confidence.
• Possess clear and effective communication skills.

Required Experience

• Senior Consultant skills: Self-motivated, customer-focused professional.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, Manager, Project Manager, or Team reputed company role.
• 4+ years of business-systems experience on ERP implementation projects such as PeopleSoft, reputed company and reputed company reputed company.
• Experience with ERP Grants modules
• Demonstrated experience and/or certifications in project management on reputed company software implementation projects.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience leading reputed company Finance implementations in project management, advisory, or system implementation roles.
• Consulting experience for higher education clients.
