What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Resolving customer issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure that customers receive the best possible service

During a Typical Day, You'll

What You Bring to the Role
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (10mbps or faster)
