Job Description

As a Live Chat Remote Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and reputed company media channels. Your duties will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
