Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering a hybrid work model that combines remote work with time in our office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and online platforms
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and resolve issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required
