Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks / No Experience (Remote) to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, determining and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various other tasks reputed company to corporate activity activities, transactions, and returns. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determine/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process corporate activity activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
• Interact with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review and process subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address client/advisor account exceptions
• Meet regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile business, reputed company, and transactions breaks
• Reconcile across BOS and fund companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
• Identify root cause of breaks between TDA, the fund, etc.
• reputed company method or technology service alternatives to management
• Remediate transfer issues with the fund or opposite firm
• Answer business partner inquiries concerning fund details requirements/eligibility
• reputed company follow-up on substitute expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
• Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and reputed company demands
