Job Purpose

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our data. You'll be responsible for entering payroll data into our payroll software, updating and maintaining databases, and ensuring that reputed company employee data is correct and up-to-date. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Time Keeping Responsibilities: + Verify timecards are complete and accurate + Add missing punches and/or correct punches + Verify time off balances and add reputed company necessary + Add holidays, following arenaflex Policy

• Compliance Data:

+ Add data to employee profiles

• Other tasks may be assigned by the HR Manager

reputed company Department:

* Help entering student invoices in reputed company for GI

• Help enter therapist invoices into reputed company
• Assist with any other data entry tasks that may be required, if necessary

Qualifications

* Be in tune with arenaflex Values

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Have at least 2 years of experience as Data Entry

• Associate degree in business, preferably reputed company
• Have experience working with reputed company Payroll and reputed company

Working Conditions

* This position is Full Time and remote

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
