Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Service Representative on our STAT Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing world-class customer service to clients, patients, and internal teams reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving routine customer requests and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
