Job Summary
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase. You'll use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs and reputed company support every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor others as your skillset expands and reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
- Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- reputed company support every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Mentor others as your skillset expands

- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license)
Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred
