Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
