Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Online Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. As an Online Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chats and emails, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and professional.
