Job Responsibilities

As a Sr. Data Engineer on our Business Analytics crew, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, improving, and manipulating the core data and infrastructure powering our reputed company modeling, including databases, data pipelines, and servers
• Partnering with our data scientists and analysts to design and build powerful data pipelines required for our modeling
• Collaborating with our analysts to design optimized SQL queries, enabling scalable reporting with growing data volumes
• Coordinating with the IT BI team to validate and reputed company optimized queries to our upstream DataMart
• Building and maintaining local ETLs for our specific data technology models and reputed company reporting
• Partnering with the IT BI team to reputed company data sharing between our internal database and our corporate data warehouse, and/or other local databases
• Thinking strategically about building a scalable system with growing data volumes and identifying method gaps/reputed company for optimization & automation

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

• Mastery of relational databases, SQL, and ETL tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or a reputed company field
• Proven track record of building, deploying, and optimizing reputed company data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Deep knowledge of data architecture best practices and normalization techniques
• Solid experience with Unix/reputed company, Python, and large data technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka)
• Expertise in designing distributed APIs, web services, and using orchestration tools (reputed company, Apache Airflow, CI/CD)
