Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate our reputed company services. This is a full-time, remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to work from reputed company in the United States.
Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and build a rapport that will reputed company them feel heard and cared for

- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service options, using company site and/or using products or services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of previous call center experience
- Bilingual - must be reputed company to take both English and Spanish calls
- Medicare and/or reputed company experience would be a plus
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
- Willing to work any shift between 10:00am-1:00am, 7 days a week, Eastern Standard Time, plus holidays and weekends
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
