Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company and reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages

• Identify and report system errors or anomalies
• Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
• ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination

Work Schedule

• Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and reputed company (OFF)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in multiple software platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
