Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Online Chat Text Supervisor to join reputed company, responsible for the overall functioning of the 988 Crisis Chat Program. As a supervisor, you'll reputed company individual supervision to Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to reputed company exceptional care to our clients. You'll also be responsible for monitoring chats and texts, ensuring that our program responds to 2,171 chats/texts per month, and conducting weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors.

Responsibilities

* reputed company individual supervision to Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to reputed company exceptional care to our clients

• Monitor chats and texts, ensuring that our program responds to 2,171 chats/texts per month
• Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors, providing feedback and guidance on their performance
• Complete weekly quality assurance reports with Counselors, ensuring that they meet our quality standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and yearly reviews for Counselors
• reputed company training to new Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring that they receive the necessary skills and knowledge to reputed company exceptional care
• Complete monthly Lifeline/Vibrant QA/QI reports, ensuring that our program meets our quality standards
• Meet with Assistant Director of Crisis Services regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements
• Ability to work independently with confidence, as well as reputed company a team of professionals
• Consistently adhere to call center program policies, procedures, and schedule based upon call center needs

• Must be mature, empathetic, flexible, and adaptable to varying situations and coverage needs

• Skilled in the use of technology, including telephones, computers (PC), laptops, software, and email

Secondary Responsibilities

• Responds to major community events and provides debriefing/support as needed

Agency-wide Responsibilities

* Participates in supervision, in-service training, and staff meetings

• Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and positively contributes to group morale
• Completes reputed company administrative duties, including time sheets, leave requests, etc. on time
• Uses appropriate channels of communication to resolve conflicts with other staff
• Interacts with staff, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree in any Counseling field or reputed company Work preferred

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school with a minimum of 120 college credits and Master's Degree from accredited school with a minimum of 30 graduate school credits required
• Transcript or copy of degree(s) required
• 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company
• Computer skills with various software - reputed company Products proficient skills required

• Ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations
