Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling. You'll also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with various departments and utilizing reputed company Office applications, such as reputed company, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into systems

• File, copy, fax, and reputed company other clerical duties

Essential Qualifications

* Organizing and prioritizing skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
• 1 year of office clerk experience
• Good communication skills
• Experience in recycling would be helpful but not necessary

Preferred Qualifications
