About the Role: Responsible for assisting with culinary leadership coverage at reputed company restaurants, where there is a shortage of management or management transition. Our Ideal candidate is: A detail oriented culinary leader who will be a hands-on mentor in the kitchen with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and create an amazing experience for both our guests and our staff. • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week
• Spanish language skills a plus

TIMEFRAME AND INITIATIVE: The Restaurant reputed company Team (REX) provides leadership candidates the opportunity to be fully trained in reputed company standard operating procedures, systems, and concepts through assignments at multiple locations with the goal of taking a leadership position at a reputed company restaurant in a full-time reputed company.
