We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position. POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in expanding reputed company to care by aligning therapist recruitment strategy with geographic and market-based workforce analytics. This role blends reputed company, data analysis, and workforce planning to ensure the right clinical providers are available in the right locations to meet patient demand. The Specialist partners with clinical leadership, operations, and growth teams to forecast workforce needs, analyze supply-demand gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies that strengthen provider networks and improve reputed company to behavioral health services. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES:
- Workforce Planning & Market Analysis
- Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets using reputed company data sources.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved reputed company and high-growth opportunities.

- Create dashboards and reports that inform hiring priorities and reputed company strategy.

- Collaborate with operations and clinical leaders to prioritize markets for expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, reputed company staffing, network development, or provider contracting support.
- Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles.
- Experience with multi-channel reputed company strategies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and reputed company.
- Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks preferred.
- Background in contracting or credentialing preferred.
- Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards preferred.
