Jr. Graphic Designer

ONE/SIZE is a vibrant community of creative thinkers and beauty enthusiasts dedicated to shaping the future of luxury in the beauty industry. They are seeking a dedicated Jr. Graphic Designer to support the creation of design assets across digital, reputed company, and paid channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the brand's creative reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce design assets across our consumer reputed company: editorial campaign assets, packaging design, visual merchandising, digital advertising, digital assets, and reputed company assets and content as needed
• Support reputed company creative programs across Brand Marketing, Retail, reputed company from reputed company to execution
• Edit, cut, reputed company, and synchronize short video and audio clips, apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and reputed company corrections for website and reputed company media
• Collaborate with reputed company cross-functional teams to create best-in-class collateral for events, mailers, inserts, print and education materials, etc
• Manage the design file library in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and library for the brand across reputed company sales channels and marketing reputed company
• Ensure reputed company design work meets the brand’s high standards for quality, innovation, and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects in partnership with reputed company cross-functional team members, ensuring deadlines are met and reputed company is communicated reputed company
• Assist with the creation of reputed company presentations as needed
• Help maintain our brand style guide and create decks as it evolves with the business
• Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals

Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a graphic designer, preferably reputed company beauty
• BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or reputed company fields
• Passion for beauty, pop culture, and exceptional taste
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a reputed company of design products
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Eager, can-do, positive attitude
• Exceptional technical and creative communication skills

• Light HTML experience
• High proficiency in reputed company CC Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and InDesign

• Must be based in Los Angeles
