[Remote] Insights Analyst- UX/UI

The Insights Analyst will be responsible for driving change programs, managing client relationships, and overseeing administrative processes, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, and a proven track-record as a high performer
• Experience in Client Management, Data Analysis, and/or Project Management
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), Unify, Tableau, or PowerBi
• Familiar with data management to reputed company data management systems to ensure data adaptability between models and clients
