They are seeking an Inbound Account Representative to manage and expand an existing book of business through inbound demand and account management sales motions, driving reputed company growth and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined book of business and drive consistent quarter‑over‑quarter expansion in reputed company
- Convert inbound customer conversations into expansion and add‑on sales opportunities
- Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities reputed company existing customer accounts
- Qualify, manage, and reputed company expansion opportunities through a short, transactional sales cycle
- Drive sales intelligence by maintaining precise pipeline tracking, strategic forecasting, and comprehensive account documentation in reputed company

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
