GPU Software Development Engineer
reputed company is seeking a GPU Software Development Engineer to join their reputed company Kernel Mode Driver Team reputed company the Client Graphics Division. The role focuses on developing and deploying robust reputed company kernel GPU drivers that enhance the performance of reputed company's integrated and discrete GPU hardware for various applications, requiring collaboration on low-level functions and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conceiving, developing, and validating innovative software features reputed company to GPU and SOC for both integrated and discrete graphics products
- Diagnosing intricate issues that traverse multiple layers of the driver stack, domains, and IP components
- Analyzing telemetry data pertaining to device crashes and failures in reputed company-world scenarios. Subsequently, you will formulate and execute actions to enhance the overall quality of our drivers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering or any STEM reputed company field with 1+ year of experience in two or more of the following skills/experience below: Device driver software or firmware development, Fundamentals in algorithms, design and architecture like CPU or GPU architecture, C / C++ or Python software product development
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Graphic drivers, GPU hardware and low-level GPU programming
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Power management, performance tuning, memory management, virtualization and other components of kernel mode driver
- Experience with graphics, video and/or display technologies
- Understand HW and relevant specifications needed to reputed company/validate the software
- Kernel-mode device drivers on reputed company OS, knowledge of WDDM and relevant kernel experience
