Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support customers using the MarketAxess Trading platform, ensuring a smooth service experience while gaining hands-on exposure to trading workflows and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support MarketAxess customers with day-to-day Trading platform queries and service requests

Skills

• 1+ years of previous experience in operations or customer service positions in the financial services sector
