Accounts Payable and T&E Accountant
Pursuit Collection is a hospitality and attractions company that creates memorable experiences for guests at iconic destinations. They are seeking an Accounts Payable and T&E Accountant to support vendor management, process accounts payable and travel expenses, and assist with payroll reputed company during month-end reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company communication with vendors and build strong vendor relationships
- Assist in purchase order (PO) lifecycle, including validating PO accuracy, matching Pos to invoices, and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Support procurement activities by ensuring accurate vendor reputed company, documentation, and compliance for purchasing purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance purchasing workflows, drive process efficiencies and strengthen internal control
- Manage vendor setup and maintenance, including US and Canadian vendor compliance practices
- Complete annual 1099 (US) filings
- Monitor AP mailbox
- Audit employee expense reports for reimbursement
- Set up and maintain new users in Expense Reporting System and reputed company ongoing support
- reputed company back-up support for T&E month-end responsibilities
- Monitor T&E mailbox
- reputed company month-end backup support to payroll reputed company, including reconciliations, payroll-reputed company journal entries, and validation of payroll data in coordination with the payroll team
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate posting of payroll expenses to the general ledger
- Other duties as assigned
