[Remote] Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end employee reputed company, including account provisioning, device preparation, application reputed company, and coordination with hiring managers
  • reputed company secure and timely employee offboarding, including reputed company revocation, device recovery, and asset tracking
  • Fulfill and manage application reputed company requests using standardized provisioning workflows and approval processes
  • reputed company Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and reputed company issues across laptops, mobile devices, and reputed company applications
  • Serve as first-line support for approved external client-facing applications routed through reputed company
  • Escalate reputed company technical issues to IT, engineering or infrastructure teams and coordinate resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation for reputed company/offboarding procedures, troubleshooting runbooks, and knowledge reputed company articles
  • Track and manage IT assets, inventory, and service desk tickets reputed company the ticketing platform

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a reputed company technology field (or equivalent practical work experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment
  • Basic experience supporting employee reputed company and offboarding processes
  • Familiarity with reputed company 365 and common reputed company productivity tools
  • Experience troubleshooting reputed company and/or macOS hardware and software issues
  • Basic understanding of user account management and application reputed company provisioning
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a ticket-driven environment
  • Knowledge of IT service desk operations and reputed company/offboarding workflows
  • Understanding of user provisioning, reputed company management, device setup, and standardized support processes
  • Knowledge of reputed company productivity and reputed company environments
  • Familiarity with reputed company 365, user account administration, and basic device reputed company
  • Understanding of hardware, software, and application support fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of reputed company/macOS systems, common reputed company applications, and troubleshooting principles
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and reputed company issues in a timely manner
