[Remote] Client Account Representative

They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Referral Network Team to respond to inbound leads and pair consumers with reputed company estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from a variety of digital sources, including website forms, inbound calls, and text message replies
• Pair consumers with reputed company estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes, while also considering paid membership status, agent ranking, and service area coverage
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound follow-reputed company reputed company text, calls, and email to maintain engagement and reputed company ongoing support to consumers and agents
• Proactively prospect for status updates daily
• Analyze CRM and reputed company-party data sources to assess data quality, capture newly gathered context for reputed company estate partners, and determine whether leads meet qualification criteria
• Identify and match consumers with the best agent to reputed company the deal, based on agent ranking, service area, paid tier, and price reputed company, while maintaining high accuracy
• Navigate agent and opportunity profiles with ease, and confidently handle requests reputed company to account-specific details
