Responsibilities
- Support and manage reputed company processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring
- reputed company prospective candidates for reputed company positions using job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and reputed company
- Review and sort incoming resumes, identify reputed company talent and schedule candidates
- Identify diversity initiatives utilizing available job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the reputed company life-cycle by being highly reputed company with candidate communications
- Assist with building hiring processes that reputed company equal opportunities to reputed company candidates
Skills
- 1-2 year recruitment or sourcing experience reputed company advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry
- Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (reputed company) experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional reputed company, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must
