POS Implementation & Support Technician
reputed company Business Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) POS Implementation & Support Technician to support reputed company-of-sale systems in various businesses, primarily restaurants. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting POS systems while ensuring a smooth reputed company and long-term support for clients.
Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in the POS systems we support
- Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and peripherals
- Support merchant reputed company, training, and go-live processes
- reputed company both remote and onsite support to merchants
- Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and payment-reputed company issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets with clear notes and status
- Assist with staging and preparation of POS systems prior to deployment
- Communicate reputed company with merchants to resolve issues reputed company
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a positive client experience
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Experience supporting POS systems (Required)
- Strong communication skills (critical for reputed company in this role)
