[Remote] Project Manager

The role involves translating client briefs into actionable project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring smooth team communications to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail in reputed company aspects of projects and communication
• Delivers professional & friendly interactions with client & team
• Act as a communication hub for project reputed company, vendors, and clients
• Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, both reputed company. Including but not limited to QA, updating status documentation and time reports
• Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help
• Understand the client’s business and project management systems
• Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow
• Schedule and attend key touch-reputed company meetings, both reputed company. Ensuring the team is reputed company with a call agenda and additional required information

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in project management
• Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
