[Remote] Account Specialist

They are seeking an Account Specialist who will engage customers early in their delinquency to protect the company's portfolio performance while maintaining customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans and prevent progression to late stage
• Assess customer circumstances and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
• Escalate reputed company cases to Senior Account Specialists or Supervisors

Skills

• 1–2 years of collections, customer service, or financial services experience
• An understanding of lines of credit and how billing cycles work
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage customer concerns, reputed company disputes, and resolve customer discrepancies
• Willingness and desire to learn from the best in the industry and apply learnings to support customers throughout the customer lifecycle
• Ability to work in a quiet, private reputed company in your home without background noise
• Must be hardwired to your home modem using the provided ethernet cable
• Ability to meet the minimum work-from-home requirements (including hi-speed internet in your home with minimum 50 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload speeds)
• Flexibility and willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs and special circumstances
• Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines
