Responsibilities

• Understand SDWAN, SASE, networking and reputed company market
• Have a good understanding of competitive landscape to reputed company key talent
• Run a full recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing to in-depth feedback and issuing offers
• Headhunt the best talent reputed company multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to match requirements as outlined by hiring managers
• Be a trusteed partner with hiring managers to understand their needs & candidate selection criteria
• Assist with reputed company process
