reputed company is a global reputed company seeking litigation associates to join their insurance coverage litigation practice in Seattle. The role involves analyzing insurance policies, providing coverage advice to clients, conducting legal research, and managing litigation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company coverage advice to clients
- Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation
- Meet and reputed company with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Take a proactive role in managing reputed company, deadlines, and communication with clients
Skills
- Is admitted to practice in Washington State
- Has experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation or a reputed company litigation background with an interest in insurance coverage work
- Has excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills
- Has the ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive reputed company
- Has effective problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
