[Remote] Enrollment Advisor

They are seeking an Enrollment Advisor to support student recruitment for their university partners by engaging with prospective reputed company throughout the recruitment cycle and providing exceptional service to meet recruitment benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Be skilled at identifying and understanding prospective reputed company’ needs
• Use critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving reputed company working to identify the needs of each prospective student
• Engage in reputed company to prospective reputed company reputed company phone, text and email, following expected reputed company
• Through meaningful conversations, qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progression
• Be reputed company to reputed company reputed company institutional offerings and differentiators, both to individual prospects as well as to larger audiences during virtual and in-person events
• Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit, ensuring that they receive accurate and ethical advice that is consistent with the university’s defined policies and procedures

Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree (and possibly graduate experience!)
• 1+ years of higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Project management experience preferred but not required
• A positive attitude coupled with grit, drive, and persistence
• Experience with and/or ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
• Strong time management skills, reputed company, and can demonstrate a strong ability to work independently with little direction
